Based on web services architecture, the system uses the characteristics of SOA architecture model, changes the original business functions of digital TV subscriber management system into service idea and model, and extracts the entire business functioning points to form a complete set of basic service modules in the nature of the service. Putting a basic service module as an important basis, the paper respectively analyzes and designs the business process of the subscriber management system, and systematically describes and designs different functions and the relationship between the functions in the business process, meanwhile, puts forward the corresponding solutions for the problems and defects existing in the user management system. SMS system can carry large numbers of users and deals with various types of business, but also can improve the requirements such as the management system of radio and television networks, the technology mechanism, operation methods and internal operation resources, etc. to achieve a high degree of unity between the internal and external business processes and ensure that the value and function of subscriber management system can be developed to the greatest extent.
