The Solutions Of Digital TV Operation Support System

Digital Television is an information service developed in all the country.It's very important to control and manage the authorization accurately so as to achieve the charge service.Digital Television Subscriber Management System is developed to resolve the problem.Digital Television Subscriber Management System(DTSMS)is an information manage system to serve the digital television subscribers using the digital and network technologies.The system creates the database by recording and managing the information of subscribers and sends the authorization information to the conditional receiving systems through the interface.At last,the conditional receiving system implements the control to the programs received by the subscribers.In this paper,the DTSMS is designed under the background that digital television is developed.Through the analysis to the system,the 3-layer C/S structure is developed to meet the actual condition.This system is developed using the SQL Server 2000 database system and JAVA program language on the Windows 2000 Server platform. There are more than ten models in the system including user manage model,product manage model,equipment manage model,authorization manage model,information manage model,and system manage model and so on.The extendable designing idea is used in the system,so the management and system interface are more universal and flexible.The designs of some key services such as marketing strategy and floating records offer reliable and quick service to the operation of digital television.
