With the development of Internet and computer technologies,distributed system applied widely,when different resoures that distributed in disfferent kinds of places constituted a integrate computing platform by distributed system. A new P2SP system—DOS (Digital Organism System), which based on distributed file system and designed by 8010 Measuring Technology Lab research。DOS realizes and promots the most of functions of P2P system. Howerver,it has not realized the GUI management for user information and files.management the DOS user and files is very important, This document designes and realizes a subsystem of DOS, which aim at user information management and files management. User management have to deal many information and must accurat and store long time. Meanwhile,file management have to more securit and The utilization rate of the space,decide must use DOS .The subsystem realizes the efficiently management of user information and files.The developing background of this topic, the finished functions and the process of the developments are mainly introduced in this thesis. The main point of the system design, the design thought, the difficult technique and the solution are explained. The system has been basically developing successfully for the time being. System runs relatively stable, and the system convenience has also been approved through the dissemination, installation and use above.tests show that the subsystem's functions meet the design requirements. Furthermore, it can reduce the files's securityd and convinence.
