Research On C/S-Based Integrated System For Nesting And Material Quota Management

As the developing of computer science and technology, the information technology has been widely used, the society has been experiencing an unprecedented information revolution, which pushes the economy to run fast. And after our country enters into WTO, the mechanical enterprises face more fierce competitions. Increase the management level and lower the cost of product are more and more urgent for these enterprises in domestic. And enterprise informatization is the effective approach to increase the management level and lower the cost of product, while the material quota which is the basis of producing organization plays an important role in any enterprise information. Therefore, how to avoid being low efficiency, work load, poor accuracy these problems existed in the process of material quota compilation that is becoming the key for enterprise to improve the management level.The article based on the studying of newest technology on nesting optimization , quota management and system integration in domestic and overseas,and combining the reality of Changchun Vehicle Ltd., gives an requirement analyze of the information system. And it adapts the thoughts and technology of management science, system theory, gives an integration system of nesting optimization and quota management based on secondary development of FastCut/FastNest. This system adapts the C/S distribution technology mode; integrates the data with PDM,CAPP by data synchronization replication and data cross reference, which reassures the product data consistency and accuracy, and realizes the data sharing. Meanwhile, redevelop the software of FastCut/FastNest according to the workshop production, so as to meet the process of cutting. Then this article integrates with FastCut/FastNest modules in custom client by DLL, which way full exerts the C/S distribution compute mode data management characteristic of combination on collecting and distributing, and uses network resource reasonable. In addition, this system adapts open architecture, which is enable to update, good expansibility, and can support various relational databases.This system integrates process treatment, nesting optimization, quota compute three process, which realizes quota compute based on automatic nesting, advances the accuracy of quota, shortens the time of quota compilation, improves the accuracy of quota computing, and advances the enterprise informational level and management level.
