The two-level people’s procuratorates of Chengdu had achieved a number ofdevelopments and implements of handling office information system platform anddealing with documents step and step,it has a lots infrastructures and professionalapplications by now,each professional sub-system has relatively independentmanagement and maintain. In order to implement unitary data-sharing、centralizedmanagement and maintain of the application, the Digital Organism System Platform hasbeen deployed by the Chengdu procuratorial institution at the entire city.All sorts ofprofessional applications has been also removed from the original platform to theDigital Organism System Platform,it have realized the data intergration and datasharing,however,all kinds of professional managements and scheduling systems are alsorelatively independent,in that way,how to rebuild a professional scheduling systemwhich fit the current situation of the procuratoates institution more and more, So as tosolve this issue,this researching thesis has been accomplished.This specialized cyber environment of the Chengdu procuratorates contain anddistribute the22station nodes at entire city.All sorts of professional streams and datastreams were intergrated massively by this application,therefore,it need a massivelyscheduling support system, As an extremely vital module in the DOS,it’s a module ofscheduling task that achieved,has scheduled intelligently,fast,highlydependability.Therefore it can provide a transparently scheduled interface as well asscheduled algorithm.otherwise current scheduled algorithm never consider the differentcharacteristic of professional service or professional system,so the original scheduledmodule only direct at the service of operiation system primarily,not to provide theregistered or canceled API for difference applicational system.At the same time,in orderto provide the better service to the application system,this module should provide abetter managing service mechanism for promoting the whole performance of system,then we acheieved a new type scheduled system thatconsider the various features of theprofessional service preferably realized the system load balance and disaster toleration.This thesis creat a service manage system is a foundation system of new schedule system,supply schedule system interface of data and mangment。Through pratical process operation and test,this system is stable and reliable,incondition,when failure appeared,scheduling system would shield the fault nodeautomatic,achieve intelligence professional scheduling,guarantee businesscontinuity,and rapidly to determine the fault location in the management system,showfault information at management system console for being handled fault byadministrator.
