With the advent of information society, the requirements of information increase continuously. This has resulted in the great development of P2P technology in recent years. Intel defines P2P as the computer resources and information sharing via the direct exchange between systems. Roku Technologies P2P definition is a network structure that makes direct communications between individuals possible and more convenient. A broader definition is given by IBM that it is collaboration by a number of interconnected computer systems and possesses a number of characteristics.8010 lab of UESTC introduces artificial intelligence, bionics and social organizations concept into the existing P2P and Grid technology. It puts forward the concept of Digital Organism System.The keystone of Digital Organism System is to make systems have the characteristics of biological antibody. There is no clear way to achieve it. However, we inosculate various technologies and theories. Digital Organism System consists of computers stations without principal and subordinate relationship. All the computers nodes in one station use the same internal port to communicate each other. They are close coupling. Every one of them can know and access the resource in each other quite well. Every node has all features of DOS and the capability of involving in the DOS activities. Digital Organism Operation System is basic system of DOS. At this stage, the aim of so many computers gathering up is to achieve the following objectives:1. Unlimited expansion of storage space sharing.2. Ubiquitous file access capability.3. Management capacity like traditional file system.4. Intelligent information search capabilities.5. Intelligent task scheduling ability.6. Appropriate security control mechanisms.Resources positioning mechanism is the core and key issue involving P2P network architecture. The essential of resources position is a series of mapping relations from keyword to namespace, and vector address space, and then to the target node routing. Based on the popular P2P network positioning mechanism, Digital Organism Operation System brings forward an improved object distribution and location model that bases on combination of DHT and flooding. This dissertation will focus on introducing and analyzing this model.Appropriate and rigorous security mechanism is also an important issue to the availability of Digital Organism Operation System. The dissertation references the security mechanisms of LINUX, including DAC, ACL and SELinux. Because of the relative weakness on security preciseness of DAC mechanism, the dissertation mainly analyzes ACL and SELinux. It makes on the security module research and design with a view to the features of Digital Organism Operation System.
