With the development of GIS(Geographic Information Systems) and computer network techno1ogy,and the popularization of internet,the handling of geospatial data has been integrated in to all kinds of special domains,such as land management,electric power, telecom,city pipeline network,irrigation works,fire protection,traffic,city planning and etc. The massive DGIS(Distributed GIS) has great meaning to Share and interoperation of geospatial data,share and distributed processing of geographic operation services,and integration of domain application. Then, spatial data-sharing has become one of the hottest issues in the geographic information field, and DSDBS (Distributed Spatial Database System) is the very core. This is the reason of this project research..After researching and analyzing the plan of each data sharing project and in the light of the,this paper proposed one kind of global database model which is fit for the spatial data sharing based on the actual situation of 973 project. It makes many heterogeneous databases and distribution spatial database to be a distributing global database system, which is distributed in the physics and is unifies in the logic. Then, combines with the popular solution of GIS in the web—WEBGIS(Web GIS) ,it constructs remote-sensing spatial database sharing plat which is based on the web browser. The spatial data producer control conveniently, independently, paid, safely shares own partial or the complete data. The data consumer lands the website of spatial data-sharing plat and can use"one-stop"work style of data inquiry service.The paper mainly introduced the relevant concepts and technique of the remote-sensing spatial data-sharing, and also the heterogeneous characteristics of remote sensing data. Study on Metadata Technology,and made a deep research to the principle and designing and carrying of spatial database theory (includes spatial indexing, spatial query) and distributed spatial database system. Analyses the spatial database distribution and the spatial database allotment. What's more, based on above works, the paper designed and implemented the remoting-sensing spatial data-sharing plat which includes several systems: user management system, the local database registration systems, meta-data management system, as well as other functions based on WEBGIS. In general, it implements the sharing goal aimed at existing, distributed, heterogeneous, remote-sensing spatial databases. Conclusions show that the solutions proposed in this paper has a certain degree of feasibility in remote sensing spatial share applications.
