A wireless sensor network (WSN) is the next emerging sensor networks, that through wireless communication to form a multi-hop's self-organizing network with the aim of collaboration and awareness, collection and processing network coverage area perceptual object information, and send observers. It usually includes sensor node, sink node and coordinator (management node?), and it is applicable to some situations such as difficulty for wiring and power-supplying, where people are unable to reach (such as by pollution, the environment cannot be destroyed or hostile areas), some temporary occasions (such as natural disasters, fixed communications networks were destroyed), and so on. There are several unique features of the WSN; for instance, it does not need the supports from fixed network; it is with fast deployment and strong invulnerability. At present, the research of WSN system is comprised of networks topology, node'hardware platform, and node'software system (the node software architecture), such as mac layer protocols, network layer protocols and application software. Firstly, this paper elaborates on the National Development and Reform Commission "IPv6 node wireless sensor network" project which the design and realization are based on wireless sensor network node operating system TaraxOS of CC2420. Due to the limited energy of nodes, the research of routing protocol based on energy is a major focus. Secondly, in the light of the agreement of the cluster group for the network, this paper analyses the stability of cluster-building process and the characteristics of the operational phase to identify a number of existing problems, and make recommendations. This paper also brings forward the most optimized cluster-head working time for the process of networks'normal working after setting up cluster; uses the NeLMUK-DP algorithm to find out most optimized routing based on the balanced energy consume to solve uneven energy consumption issues during cluster-heads'retransmitting data. Thirdly, relying on NS-2, the author test and verify the OUR-LEACH protocols based on the most optimized cluster-head working time, and the balanced energy consume among cluster-heads.Finally, this paper summarizes the results of the present study and points out challenges and weaknesses, as well as to improve the research and the follow-up direction.
