This paper introduces the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards systems and correlative organizations and institutions domestic and abroad, and from EMC basic theories, introduces the three elements of EMC (interference sources, the coupling channels and sensitive equipments), the electromagnetic interference control technologies, such as shielding, filtering, grounding and bonding.Combining the working conditions of the servo amplifier, just do the following analysis and researches: 1,electromagnetic shielding of the servo amplifier how electromagnetic radiation doesn't interfere with other subsystems from the structural designing point of view; 2,Researching how to reduce the servo amplifier interference from the cable designing point of view;3,Pointing out the corresponding methods of electromagnetic compatibility designing of the servo amplifier. The 1st,2nd work study electromagnetic interference control technology, just the 1st is from filtering, grounding and bonding, and the 2nd is from electromagnetic shielding; the 3rd is from structural designing, mainly using FEKO to simulation the electromagnetic distribution box of the servo amplifier and to improve the EMC designing based on an analysis of the results.Combining with the report of the EMC testing(including CE102,CS101,RS103,RE102)and the result of EMC simulating with FEKO, try to find ways of the servo amplifier EMC designing and advice how to improve its EMC designing. |
