With the rapid development of science an technology,the digital servo which use brushless DC motor is widely used at present in the new missile.In order to reduce the design period and costs of servo system,avoiding iteration and verification of physical prototype,a servo system simulation model,which is built by using the technology of mechatronics simulation,is applied to multiple parameters optimization and impact analysis.The contents are shown as follows.1.Introduce the domestic and foreign situation of the servo of missile and the technology of mechatronics simulation(multi-software collaborative simulation and multi-domain unified modeling and simulation)at present.Mechatronics modeling and simulation of servo system is proposed in combination with mechatronics simulation theory.2.Study on the structure and working principle of servo system.The mathematical model of brushless DC motor,control circuit,decelerate mechanism,positon feedback mechanism is derived according to the working principle of the system.Mathematical simulation model is established on the foundation of MATLAB software platform,the basic functions of the system are verified by simulation.3.Study on the component modeling in Saber software.The common modeling methods of component in Saber software are summarized,study on the grammatical structure and modeling methods of MAST language,modeling methods are introduced based on the three common systems.4.Study on the technology of mechatronics modeling using Saber software.Such as control algorithm,motor driver,transmission mechanism and brushless DC motor models of servo system are made further refinement,unified modeling and simulation of the multidisciplinary sessions such as control domain,electronics,mechanics are achieved.The validity of mechatronics simulation model is verified by simulation result with performance testing of physical prototype comparisons for the purpose of verification of control strategy And hardware circuit.5.Study on the methods of impact analysis and optimization design of design parameters using Saber software.First,parameters sensitivity analysis is taken on the parameters of each interval of PID control algorithm,parameters that have a greater impact on the performance index are determined according to the results of the analysis,then,a set of parameters that can make the index reach the optimal value is selected according to the results of the Monte Carlo analysis,optimization design of control strategy parameters has been realized.The impact analysis of multidisciplinary parameters such as decelerate ratio and current-limiting value of motor driver and a preliminary analysis of the nonlinear factors impact on the system such as friction torque and torsional backlash are made,the influence of design parameters of multidisciplinary on the performance of the system has been revealed,the weakness of the system is discovered,the study in this paper provides guidance for servo system design.
