Our country is the second largest country of energy producing and consuming in the world. Energy shortage and environmental deterioration, as a globalization tendency, has become the concentration of the whole world. The country's eleventh five-years development project aims at the binding target of energy conserving and carbon emission reducing. Magnetic dewatering tank is a comparatively effective identification equipment for the concentrating mill to deal with the granule iron mineral. Because the producing target of magnetic dewatering tank is strongly affected by the factor of human being, the concentrating mill recently devoted itself to improving concentrate grade and saving the energy through realizing the cybernation of the magnetic dewatering tank itself. The rapid development of electron technology and microcomputer contribute to the rapid development wide application of microcomputer detecting and control technique.This thesis proposes the research design based on the above background: using Hmc1021 sensor to collect the density of the iron mineral grain in the magnetic dewatering tank timely. After being transformed from V/F, through the signal of optical coupling, the density signal is finally sent to the fracture TO of C8051P021 SCM. Because of non-definite density of each dewatering tank, the author adopts the keyboard design with different meaning of each key, put ting the data written by the keyboard intoE~2 PROM, and comparing the concentration of collection with the data written into memory to control normal-reverse transfer control module of the three-phase motor. This design takes electric motor module to control its normal-reverse transfer and promote gripping device or decrease the height of the valve to control the input quantity of iron ore and improve efficiency and save energy consumption. When the author adopts the cybernation, taking the system failures into account, he uses the manual control to control the work of magnetic dewatering tank timely so that the manual control wick be more flexible.Through on-site testing, it can be proved that the system ran well in the process of being used with the advantages of quality guarantee of ore concentrate, controlling of tailings grade to ensure the recovery rate and meet the design requirements.
