Good development of nanotechnology and wood processing industry, allowing people to continuously improve the use and demand for wood flour. With advances in technology, wood flour is into the areas of nanotechnology research. Now, ultra-fine wood flour is widely used, such as the pharmaceutical industry, furniture processing industry, auto industry, composite materials research direction. Traditional machine which making ultra-fine wood flour works by sieve net type sorting method. But it’s too trouble to change screen when making wood flour of different mesh count, another, the mesh count is nonuniform and low quality in producing process. So, these issues can be solved by the control system of machine of making ultra-fine wood flour, this system can also improve flour quality, and it need not change screen.Though the domestic and abroad instruction of the technology of particle concentration measurement, then considering the advantage and disadvantage of the different kinds of technologies and the characteristic of ultra-fine wood flour, we can detect the density of flour on-line and on time by using electric capacity. Depending on the characteristic of electric capacity and ultra-fine flour, we design Ultra-fine Wood Flour Detecting System. On the basis of the ultra-fine wood flour machine presenting in the lab, we design the control system of making ultra-fine wood flour by studying it’s running peculiarity and structure. We could control the system on-line and on time by identify the system on-line and adjust the PID parameter by self-modified mothed on the basis of traditional PID control depending on the characteristic of complexity, nolinear, dynamic of the controlling system of making wood flour. We design hardware and software of control system of making ultra-fine wood fine. Hardware contains electric drawing of the system, PLCVE designing, and choosing PLC and transducer according to the need of this system; software designing contains PLC program designing, Kingview system program designing and fuzzy inference designing. At last, it would be simulate and analysis by MATLAB comparing with traditional PID control method, the dynamic quality of the system will be enhance, it shows that it is workable in this system.
