Cnc Machine Tools Of The Network Fault Setting And Appraisal System Design And Development

With the development of China's manufacturing, NC machine tools and NC equipments are used increasingly. The needs of NC machine tools maintenance training are growing largely. Therefore, the needs of the equipments, which are used to set faults of the NC machine tools are increased following. For these issues, this dissertation introduces the design and development of a new type of network-based NC machine tools faults-setting and assessment system.Based on the NNC-RMF NC milling training platform and faults-setting device, the architecture and plan of the network-based NC machine tools faults-setting and assessment system was established. And the protocol of computer communicate with faults-setting device was obtained. Then based on techniques of man-machine interface, multi-threaded programming, ADO.NET, serial communication, Socket Programming, XML and so on, considered module designing thought as guidance, the network-based NC machine tools faults-setting and assessment system software was completed with main functions, such as taking examination on line, setting and clearing faults on line, making test papers automatically, teacher management, giving score automatically, downloading and printing students' score etc., by using C# on the .NET platform. At last, based on the C/S network structure, by using network communication technology, serial communication technology, the server, client, faults-setting device and NC training platform were successfully integrated, and a new type of network-based NC machine tools faults-setting and assessment system include teaching and training functions was constructed. And the integrated system was running stability and working well.This network-based NC machine tools faults-setting and assessment system described in the papers can greatly reduce teachers' burden and improve training efficiency and quality of the NC training system.
