| The Hall for Workshop of Metasynthetic Engineering is a decision support system which is guided by integrated methodology. The purpose of the Hall for Workshop of Metasynthetic Engineering is to solve complex problems and study the Open Complex Giant System. It is composed by the expert systems, machine systems and knowledge systems. The group discussion plays an important role in the realization of integration. The organizaional model of information, the method of synthesizing the divergent thinking of experts and the discussion support technology are the key techniques of the Hall for Workshop of Metasynthetic Engineering.On the base of the introduction of hall of metasynthesis engineering and the group decision support technology, structure of information organization based on two-tuple linguistic is proposed. At the same time, an algorithm using cloud models of how to solve the experts' certainty factors is proposed. Through the cloud models the qualitatively and quantitatively of experts' advice is combined, and then the experts' certainty factors of qualitatively advice is solved.The method of how to make the personal opinions of experts to opinions of group decision is studied. On the based of the analysis of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and in order to solve the weight aggregation problems of performance targets of complex product demostration, one method using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process based on deviation matrix with parameters is proposed. At the same time, a method of synthesis of opinions based on D-S is proposed .The detail steps and examples of the algorithm are given in order to solve the problem of the discussion and demonstration of scheme selection .Finally, on the basis of the above, some of the modules of the hall of metasynthesis engineering and group decision are solved. For example, electronic whiteboard, intelligent visualization of information and the opinion synthesis of expert are implemented. |
