Research On The Visualization Of Group Decision-Making

As the coming of information society and the development of information technology, decision-making has become more modernized. For the complexity and many factors of the decision making, experts pay more attention to the problem of promoting knowledge communication in the process of decision making. Knowledge Visualization and Graphic Facilitation bring new tools and ways to make decision.This article researches the whole process of Decision Making based on Knowledge Visualization, using Graphic Facilitation to perfect the Group Decision Visualization, then making the equation and constructing the decision model. At last, giving a view of its future development.The main content includes seven parts: the first chapter is introduction, dealing with the background and meaning of the research; the second chapter introduces the theory,framework and tools of knowledge visualization; the third chapter is the visualization of group decision-making, discussing the concept and related nouns and constructing the equation and model; the fourth chapter is mainly about the activities concerning to the visualization of group decision-making; the fifth chapter talks about case analysis, selecting two typical cases and using the model to analyse; the sixth chapter concerns the future of visualization in group decision-making; then giving a conclusion at last.
