This Topic is mainly to design an automatic ticketing module of the ticket vending machine, including the design of a cushioning device,the design of a ticket channel and the design of a control system of the brushless DC motor of the ticket container.First of all, the design principle of the automatic ticketing module is expounded, which mainly includes design requirements, design thinking and design technical difficulties. On the basis of the principle of design, the structure layout scheme of the automatic ticketing module is put forward.Secondly, the ticket container is picked and the cushioning device is designed. The choice of the ticket container is made mainly on the basis of the capacity,the rate of Ticket poping and the rate of responsion. There are two purposes of the design of the cushioning device. one is to buffer the pressure from tickets, Another is to expand the capacity of the ticket container. Three choices of the structure achievement of the cushioning device are proposed, and the best one of the three choices is picked through comparing and analyzing them. Then the structural parameters are calculated .In addition, the ticket channel of the automatic ticketing module is designed. By establishing a mathematical model of the Angle optimization analysis of the ticket channel, the best the value of the angle of inclination of the ticket channel is fixed. Besides, the total length of the ticket channel and the position of the ticket baffle which is located in the ticket channel are calculated.Finally, the control system of the brushless DC motor of the ticket container is designed, mainly including the control circuit design, the drive circuit design and the overcurrent protection circuit design.
