With the development of Electronic-Commerce, the informationalization and networklization of ticket-services management is an inevitable trend. However, the tenor of informationalization for Tourist Traffic ticket-service in our country is still at the elementary stage, and no practicable software system is available to manage ticket-services through network. Tourist traffic ticket-vendor management system is one of the most important parts in the whole Tourist traffic ticket-services system. It includes five kernel functions: remote ticket selling, ticket printing, exception disposing, ticket balance, and ticket statistic. The object is to provide an effective and modern method for ticket-vendors' management.On the basis of deeply analyzing the requirement of traffic ticket-services, synthesizing and comparing the characteristics in all kinds of technologies, the paper presents total designing scheme based on .NET framework, which adopts distributed model and E-Commerce technologies. Object-Oriented Design method and design patterns such as Fa9ade and MVC are used to ensure the system's robust and expansive feature and to build up N-Tier distributed architecture. The paper emphasizes on the accomplishment of ticket-selling flow. To ensure the security of system, form authentication technique and authorization technique in ASP.NET is applied to avoid illegal access and unauthorized operation. From the point of transaction security, two security strategies are designed: on the macro level, business logical transaction rollback is discussed; on the micro level, transaction mechanism of SQL Server provides data security control in more detailed scale.Ticket printing based on Internet is one of the key problems. In allusion to the insufficient of conventional printing solution based on Socket and COM component, the paper designed distributed ticket-printing solution with Web Services and Windows Form technique, which eliminate the affect of Firewall's block during remote ticket-data transferring. Besides, the solution utilizes adequately the standard coding rules of SOAP message to customize data structure of ticket.To solve the overload and load imbalance problem, mechanisms and principle of Load Balancing are amply anatomized. This paper brings forward two dynamic balancing strategies: One is application of Microsoft's NLB technology and clustering technology, the other is to select high price/performance hardware load balancers. The implementation mechanism and configuration of NLB is specially discussed.The paper adopts comprehensively many new technologies such as Network communication, Database, Information Security, Web Services, Load Balancing, etc. It implements a distributed ticket-services management system based on Internet, which brings up an efficient solution for informationalization of Tourist Traffic ticket-vendor management.
