| Network resources are not only the basic elements of business activity of telecom operators,but also the foundation to participate in market competition.However,with the size of the network itself is not equivalent to the productivity and technology.The embodiment of productivity should be reasonable on the network resources,the full and effective management and operation.This has been recognized by the various operators.Almost at the same time they launched a network resource management project.Now it can be said that the network resource management has become one of the most important elements in the field of telecom research.Although most of the domestic telecom operators have some achievements in telecom resource management,the maintenance and management of so much network resources is simply to rely on artificial operates at present.This is not only a very high technical demand for operators,and so that they could not focus on solving network problems and providing services.Because of the way resources inputted is through the manual entry,they are error-prone and are not updated a long time.The result is to cause the data in the resource database and the actual network data exist significant differences.First of all,this thesis will introduce the current of the development of telecom resource management.Then it describes from static to dynamic changes in management philosophy of the necessity and urgency.For the purpose of improving the efficiency of operation and maintenance,a model is proposed for dynamic management of transmission resources based on the existing telecommunications transmission resource management model and technology.And it provides a program to show the difference between vendors EMS data and to implement the results. Simultaneously,it combines the specific circumstances of the telecom operators to describe the practical application of results and to discuss the solutions of specific issues in the implementation process and to analysis the effects of the final application. Finally,it summarizes and prospects the trend of the future development of resources management in the telecommunications. |
