With the increasing competition of telecommunication service market,there are more and more important factors for telecommunication operators to realize:how to get the analyzed decision-making data from enterprise level,to reach the valuable customer through flexible and effective marketing strategy,to explore the potential value,and to maintain the enterprise sustained profit.By using those datum provided by Data Mart,the operator managers can get accurate,timely and comprehensive information,which will support the enterprise to fulfill the strategy decision-making and implement phase,manage the marketing strategy and the enterprise performance.The design of Beijing CNC 's data mart integrates all type of data source, it can process accumulative,historical and comprehensive business datum effectively, and to get the valuable decision-making strategy information automatically and quickly,It can also help the enterprise to analyze the key point of enterprise development from many aspects,to meet all managers' needs from difference level, and to improve the competitive strength.In this dissertation,for the first part,the existing management status and issues of Beijing CNC data marts are analyzed,the total demand during the establishment phase of the data warehouse system are made clear and definitely.Based on it,the design model of data mart is throughly analyzed,including the data gain,data management and data usage.According to the character of real-time business,the data warehouse modeling of DB-DW-DM real-time pattern has been highlighted.It is emphasis analyzed the ETL of construction process and metadata management.In addition,the concept model of the customer and the product subject is analyzed,with The snowflake structure design the logical model,it comes at last the establishment physical model.
