In recent years,communications technology was a surprising development,and wireless communications technology is a branch of the most rapidly developing,today, wireless communications technology has been widely applied to variousfields of daily life.Among them,Super short-wave radio station possesses extensive military applications as well as civil,being of great value in research and development.The subjects come from the China Electronics Technology Group Corporation No.10 Institute of "Military super short-wave radio",the author of which is responsible for part of the receiver RF front-end development.The receiver uses the most used super-heterodyne architecture,consisting of low noise amplifier unit,mixer unit,filter unit,variable gain amplifier unit and automatic gain control unit.realize a large dynamic range of receiver RF project required.The receiver RF front-end technology involved in the design process,and with a certain degree of innovation.In this paper,as a focus on RF receiver,in reference to a large number of domestic and foreign literature on the basis of the RF,explore and study the theory and the basic principles of combining shortwave receivers filter design techniques,automatic gain control technology and other key technologies,explore the large dynamic range of RF receiver design and implementation.The paper begins with the deep analysis of the usually receiver's structure and the key parameters.Subsequently,author presents the system structures of hardware.Then, the system scheme analysis and proof,implementation of each functional unit,some questions paid more attention in system design and debug are discussed in detail.The ultimate testing results of this subj ect are represented at last.Finally,with respectto the problems in debugging and testing process,author does some analyzing andpresents the practical solutions.
