Based On The Asp.net Platform For Office Automation System

With the fast development of information and modern network technologies, the campus internet has become an very important part of techonology colleges, the concept of digital college has impacted on various fields. The system of Office Automation is the superior idea within the concept of digital college. As the system of thesisless office in campus developed, more efficient and convenient does the officing is .This has saved the office supplies to a large extent, further efficiency to office on the other hand.This thesis mainly discusses about the concept of digital college, the development of Office Automation, the origin of these ideas, and the dominated reserching of this thesis as well. This article designs and implements this OA System built on B/S architecture. During the development of this system, it utilizes .NET Framework, implements many function modules, such as archive management, mail transmission, schedule management, important mission management, public information management, system management etc. The design of this system bases on the platform of Visual Studio.NET, uses SQL Server2000 as backup database, utilizes the ADO.NET as data-visting tool to link up the programme.Through the concrete analysis of requirement for the college, I design the architecture and database structure of the whole system, provide concrete analysis for each function module, introduce the implementation process of archive management, which is the technical obstacle of whole system, also introduce how to install and deploy this OA System.This OA System builds on .NET Framework, utilizes advanced IDE as well It has not only fully considered requirements of customers, but also has implemented uniform data accessing interface by usual data access module, fully using storage procedures to enhance the efficiency of data access. Meanwhile, this system uses secure methods such as logon verification, assign user, role, moduleoperation rights, operation log etc, to ensure practicability and security of the whole system.
