The monitor and calibration system for the first Electronic Control Diesel Fuel Injection engine inland is reseached in this paper.As the leading industry to break the international monopolization in the field of internal-combustion engine technique,chengdu WIT has researched the first Electronic Control Diesel Fuel Injection System inland,and to spread this system as soon as possible,a monitor and calibration system is needed. The monitor and calibration system is the tool which monitors the operational parameters of engine and supplies the function of analysing, modifying,editing,and loading the parameters to change the operating mode of engine.First,the author introduces the development of diesel engine inland and abroad,educes the concept of the monitor and calibration system for electronic control engine,compares with the existing state all over the world in this field,and analyses the coming difficulties to realize so colossal system.The following paper expatiates the choice of technical path,the confirmation of primary function,the division of interface function and the beautification of interface,designs the general planning of this system.Secondly,the paper designs the software frame for the monitor and calibration system in the way of communication bottom,module division of system function,and the designing of interface.The serial communication and the self-defining communication protocol are employed for communication bottom,and the code for every function module is compiled. The software executes the communication command specified by the protocol, and makes corresponding data processing.The interface designing includes the designing of the main interface,monitor interface,calibration interface,data analysis interface,and stop and breaking-in interface. The paper expatiates the designing of the MAP editing interface including the subfunction interface of program loading,on-line calibration, three-dimensional display,etc.Finally,the paper expatiates the basis of software test,and compares the two common test method,namely White-box Testing and Black-box Testing, and the Black-box Testing method is employed to test the monitor and calibration system software.Next,the author planned test examples, introduces some typical test process,and analyses the test results finally. Through the analysis for test results,it is concluded that every function module attains the designing request and the system is able to satisfy the designing request for electronic control engine,also.Aiming at the technological development direction and the service after sale market,the monitor and calibration system will be studied further including meeting CAN communication,the EOL system for engine,and the optimization of maintenance edition in service station.
