With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the material things become rich and are no longer lacking, in which transport plays an important role. However, there are some problems about the barcode which is widely used in our country. The barcode is easily torn and corroded in the transportation, resulting in unnecessarily economic losses, and storages small amount of information, confidentialities poorly, so the phenomenon of forgery of product happens everywhere, giving a negative impact on people's lives and social development. The logistics industry also hope that the development of new technologies can solve their practical work encountered these problems. Therefore, it not only facilitates the logistics industry, but also provides people with sate, reliable and convenient merchandise.In recent years, with the development of electronic technology, communications and computer technology developed rapidly, and the further integration of the two and more kinds of technologies have been evolved into many new forms of communication and communication systems, which gives good news to logistics industry. Considering the conditions of logistics industry of our country, this dissertation carried out a comprehensive analysis and comparison of data communication at home and abroad based on the background. The case of combination of the wireless network and RFID technology is provided to transmit data, solving the problem of the logistics industry encountered now. Ther user can put the product information into the tag, put the product information in tag into the database, check the product, and record the sale information through the device. The main contents of the thesis are as follows:1.Analyzing the characteristics of embedded systems, wireless networks and the radio frequency identification technology briefly and summarizing the background of the system solutions.2.Summarize the general idea of the design of system, and analyze the principles of the modules of the system and program code refered to the system.3.Introduce the software principle of the modules in the system, including: device drivers in Linux, socket, DES and so on. 4.Complete all the codes in the system, such as: transplantation of Linux-2.6.17 system based on ARM9, device drivers(WiFi, LCD), socket, DES code and so on.5.Compete the hardware and the software debugging,and test each modules in the system and the entire system.6.Sumarize up the design of the system and have a view of the system.This paper provides not only the solutions to problems encountered in the logistics industry, but also the traceability problem. In theory, it meets the demands of the market. As it provides ARM processor, the system can be easily extended, which has a bright future.
