Human Resources Management System Based On The J2ee Specification

Along with the populiarize of computer and the rapid development of computer science,more and more people began to use computers to solve practical problems. Employee information management is an important part of information management. Faced with a large number of personnel information, the use of manpower to deal with that is a waste of time and a waste of human and material resources, along with the low accuracy of the data. Through the use of human resources management system, we can centralize the work of enterprise human resource management,which not only makes the management of human resources out of the heavy day-to-day work,the employees can mobilize their jobs according to their personal ability to mobilize their jobs and achieve full play to their ability to staff,but also more importantly, it is a safe, efficient and accurate human enterprise management strategy which can release the value of the staff imformation and the cost of the enterprise human resource,and eventually bring great economic benefits to enterprises.Fast, accurate, convenient and efficient human resources management system is one of the basic needs of enterprises and institutions,therefore, to develop a user-friendly, easy-to-use human resource management software is becoming more and more important,and this is one of the purpose and significance of developing such a system.From theory to reality, then reality returns to theory, guide and achieve my work step by step, through results that come from the combination of practical work and theory, is the major research method in this paper. This system's development is strictly compliance with some important principles in agile software development such as customer-centric, customer-satisfaction aimed and communication-process attentioned. Besides, this paper provider more detailed study and discussion of the system in order to make follow-up works.The human resource management system set out in this paper,uses browser/server(B/S) model to achieve various functions in an efficient way,which can do multi-criteria query,update,password settings,staff information,files,contracts and resumes of the management,mobility management,training management,system management functions…etc,enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises and meets the needs of modern enterprise human resources management, and eventually acted as a software product in use.As the Java language is a pure object-oriented language,and its development has broad prospects,this project will use Java as the develop language.This project uses JSP and the classic model of the MVC framework---Struts in Client,and Hibernate framework in data persistence layer.
