| With the development and popularization of the network technology, computer information management system plays an important part in the business management. The efficient and errorless bill management system is exploited to meet the needs of the times and management work. This system enables the clerks to operate without hands, store the data safely and count the inquiry results correctly and rapidly, thus improving work efficiency and management level.According to the national related technical specification and standards, this thesis introduces the computer technology to the traffic-checking bill management system, developing a set of software which suits to the current traffic-checking bill management. There are five levels in the bill management system. According to the rule of network construction, different offices and operators share the database for the responsibilities .The software can control the receipts dynamically, realize the office automation and network to the inner finance system of the traffic checking department. The software can also make it convenient and simple to input, inquire, refund and balance the receipts, getting rid of the manual mistakes and tediousness. It can generate the financial statements automatically for Panzhihua Traffic-checking Department and construct a shared bill data base (No.1).The system aims at establishing complete statements of the general accounts, detail accounts and stock accounts. There are three functions of this system. First, it can realize automatic generation of the receipts. Second, it can realize automatic generation of the daily, monthly and annual statements. Third, it can inquire the receipts of each traffic-checking department. It has improved the technical quality and business quality of the Panzhihua Traffic-checking Department faculty and enables the controlling to approach advanced level among other fellow departments. Presently, it is widely used in Panzhihua City and creating a good commercial value. |
