The distributivity, heterology and autonomy of comtemparory enterprise information systems become a common sense, that is, the enterprise information resources are distributed among a hererologous computing environment. As a result, the decentralization of decision-marking process becomes more obvious, the demand for detailed information of the daily business activities increases evidently. Particularly in manufacturing, with the help of computers and network, enterprise can maximize its effectiveness in a quick way by effective integrating and efficient using of the variety of the resources in application system. Management of the materiel is the most critical step of enterprise's cost control. Materiel sectors include the functions of materials planning and control, purchasing, and quality control and so on, which plays an important role in enterprise's production capacity. So, the article based on the requirement of stocking, storage and finished goods, in order to improve the management and utilizing of material, design and complement and material management system, which can realize the dynamic management for popedom and setting of structure.Thesis introduces the definition of workflow and the application of workflow management system,the framework of and the key technology of Hibernate.Chapter 4 introduces the design and realization of the materiel system in detail. It displays the framework structure of software system and the function framework of the system. Materiel system is a application system under the framework of B/S applications which is based on computer networks. The general materiel management system realizes the main sub-systems function such as user management, materiel coding, process management, stock management and product management. The thesis introduces materiel coding and stock management.In addition, the thesis also employs the JSF and Hibernate technology. And realize the technology of workflow-based B / S mode of materials management system. The system has a stock management, process control, materiel coding, and other functions.
