J2me-based Mobile Phone News Picture Upload System

The title of this dissertation is News Photo Uploading System with Cell Phone Based on J2ME(Java 2 Micro Edition). J2ME is a kind of fast developing technology implemented on various devices especially mobile communication equipments. It focuses on application for consumptive electronic products, providing revolutionary solution to the intelligentizetion and diversification of the equipment. It improve the efficiency of the development process thanks to its"Write Once, run anywhere"nature.When cell phone is getting ever more popular and its function is getting more stronger nowadays, with the implementation of Java technology on mobile equipment, increment of capital on communication service exhibits its force on people's everyday life and work. This dissertation focuses on implementation of J2ME technology and has developed a news photo uploading program suite run on cell phones. This application help reporters to use their cell phone shooting pictures and uploading them via WEB at first time where news happening.This dissertation introduces J2ME and its relative technology as well as this program's structure and analysis of implementation in details. This application realized cell phones uploading news photos based on J2ME. It's easily to use, simply to setup and good to transplant. It's has some of usabilities.
