This paper begins with the introduction of the network accelerating technique background and the technical advantages of CDN on improving the stability and quality of service for broadband networks. In the next part, we analyze the requirements of Web2.0 for broadband networks and then propose a solution for ChinaCache CDN based network platform. Finally, this work focuses on the study on software product implementation for the proposed solution. On the product implementation aspect, this work describes the method to apply software engineering and advanced software development to software product development based on the author's experiences on common upload management sub-system project implementation. The analysis and design of common upload management systems is referred to the iterative software engineering. The object oriented analysis and design technique and unified modeling language (UML) is adopted for the design work, while open source framework and Java programming language is applied for the code implementation. Through the requirement analysis, we accomplish the design and implementation of the system, including the analysis, design, as well as code implementation. At last, we make a conclusion of the work that has done in this paper, bring forward some insufficiency in the research and envision of the research in the future. This paper combines theory and practice, in which practice is directed by the theory. Through this common upload management system project, this paper accomplish a series of object orient analysis and design as well as software engineering related techniques in practical works and applications. Through the software product research and development, this work introduces the solution for CDN network platform from the market requirements, system architecture, and product implementation. Moreover, this paper combines the network architecture and the hardware and software development in a reasonable mechanism, thus provide the reference for the changing market requirements in similar product development in the future.
