With the developing of three-dimensional laser scanning technology, laser scanning technology in the application of heritage conservation is receiving increasing attention. The digital geometric data of cultural framework is of great significance to the heritage conservation. It can indirectly obtain accurate non-destructive artifacts of the size, contour, such as three-dimensional geometric information,in order to further the preservation program to provide the scientific data.Based on this foundation, digitized the entire framework of the geometric data of the Jokhang Temple by using laser scanner.Acquired parts of materials information and 3d data of mural paintings in Jokhang Temple and restructure the 3D model of Jokhang Temple. Providing accurate space location data for damage analysis.Labeling the damage information on 3d model of mural painting and getting a well result as respected. The result can do a good base for trend analysis of painting damage evolvement and protection and repairing of mural painting. Here is my main context in my paper.1) Multi-view depth data registration, which is after the data acquisition of one of the key steps.2) Three-dimensional digital model of Jokhang Temple and modeling accuracy checking.3) Texture Mapping.4) Jokhang Temple disease analysis based on the true three-dimensional digital model.
