Design And Implementation Of Tax Document Management System Based On Distributed Storage

Tax document management is an important office work of tax administration organizations.With the rapid development of current science and technology,especially in computer technology,automation technology and communication technology and many other fields of achievements.Change the traditional manual office way to realize office automation,and make it possible to adapt to the development of productive forces is imperative.Therefore,the information construction of tax administration work and tax document archives has become the focus of the research work of tax workers in line.Construction of tax information as an important part of the process of national informatization construction.It is the process of establishing an intelligent tax management system by combining the current computer frontier technology,tax business process,tax organization and management,etc.The construction of tax information is closely related to the other information process of the country.The establishment of tax administration information can not only liberate people’s role from tax work,but also greatly reduce the probability of error in manual management,and ensure the quality of tax administration.In addition,it can effectively simplify the work into simple and improve the efficiency of tax management.In this paper,we compare the traditional storage of tax documents with those based on distributed storage.In view of the expansion of the file data and the diversification of the tax authorities in charge of each unit,this paper makes a deep study.In order to keep the consistency of the real time data,the problem of high concurrent and high throughput load is solved.This paper proposes a management framework for tax documents based on distributed storage.The architecture integrates the computer nodes distributed across different physical locations on the network.A data storage system that makes it physically dispersed and logically unified.Through the deployment of this method,it can fundamentally solve the instability problem caused by the large amount of data.Data access to achieve balanced load,read and write separation,thereby enhancing the security and reliability of the system.Finally,by combining the distributed storage technology and LAMP(Linux+Apache+Mysql+Php)platform.An experimental prototype system is designed and implemented based on the overall analysis of the overall business processof tax document work.By connecting the distributed storage tax document archives and the bottom,and thus more efficient completion of tax archives storage,query,statistics,document management functions,improve the efficiency of the system.
