| Electronic Document System is such an organic system which can organize each tache's data in traditional document disposal process according to its inherent operation flow, in virtue of the computer network technique and database technique. It makes documents and interrelated auditing information transferred expediently, thereby improves work efficiency, economizes office resource.The main purpose of this subject is to develop an electronic document system based on handwriting remark technology. The system has processing flow of traditional Electronic Document System, and also applies new technologies such as handwritten remark,electronic stamp,digital watermark etc.The author introduces three subsystems of the Electronic Document System, including the document remark system ,the document management system and the dispatch document receiving system. Finally it designs and realizes the Electronic Document System based on handwriting remark.The main points of this dissertation are as follows:1) The author researches on the technique of handwriting remark in WORD documents, and puts forward exploitation schemes of something correlative difficult technologies.2) The author discusses the security of handwriting document, puts forward a double recognition mode, handwriting signature and digital signature.3) The author introduces the technologies of electronic stamp and digital watermark, details the realization of watermark embed and distill algorithm based on stillness color bitmap.4) The author designs and realizes the Electronic Document System based on handwriting remark. |
