The Tally For Foreign Business Information Platform Based On Web Services Build

As the sustained and rapid development of economy in China, especially after entering into WTO, China will further participate in the international economic circulation system, since the marine transport has a high degree of internationalization, it is very important to improve the operating efficiency of port and marine transport industry by keep the information technology in line with the international standards, and as the main part of port business, container tally business needs a practical and efficient information system platform.This paper aims at the special application environment of tally information system, and refers to the correlation theory and model reference of Web Services technology, then has a deep research on the system construction technology, in order to provide a practical system framework of tally information platform. And it also introduces the key technology to realize this system, and using the WEB model of Microsoft.NET framework, then carry out the construction of this platform system based on the WEB Services technology. To put it more specifically, the paper contents are as follows:1, first of all, the paper introduced the related concepts of tally information system platform; at the same time, it introduced the main functions of the system and adopted NET framework, and built tally information system platform based on WEB Service, and summarized the development model of the adopted key technology. This paper used Microsoft based on the discussion and demand analysis of the development model.2, then, the three main sub systems of tally information system platform: PDA tally on spot, EDI document conversion and tally processing, were analyzed and designed. This text analyzed the process and function, and gave the system framework. And this paper also carried out the design analysis on the related technology used in the system framework.3, Based on the above analysis, the paper put forward the development strategy, and adopted Microsoft.NET framework, then carried out the construction and development based on WEB Service, and described the achievement of tally information system platform. Finally, this paper summarized the current situation of tally information system platform and suggested an expectation. Application of the system indicated that this system solved the problem of Information Island well, and improved information sharing and effectiveness, and also enhanced operating efficiency and lower operating costs.
