With the rapid development of the Internet, the way people purchase goods has undergone great change. Previously, the traditional way is face-to-face. Now, through the Internet, people can buy what they want according to their own needs. This is the e-commerce model in virtual environment. In most business activities, people can use negotiation strategies to resolve conflicts and disputes between seller and buyer. Negotiation is a process by which a group of entities try to come to a mutually acceptable agreement on some matter. In the field of e-commerce, as agents have the characteristics of automaticity, initiaitive and self-perception, the multi-agent system can be used to carry out the automated negotiations to resolve some conflicts. So the process of automated negotiation can be seen as an interactive process in which many agents intercommunicate in order to reach a mutually acceptable agreement for an issue. It is a commercially negotiation process, in which two or many agents reach an agreement on a transaction, and then implement the transaction according to the agreemet, pursue everyone 's self-interest maximization.Synchronous negotiation is a multi-thread negotiating process, in which an agent can participate in multiple bilateral negotiating threads at the same time, every negotiating thread negotiating with different and coexisting negotiating opponenst. In this process, the agent can only reach an agreement with one thread at most. For the agreement reached thread, other threads are all outside options. The major research work in this paper can be viewed as follow:1,This paper analyzes the deficiencies of current techniques of automated negotiation, and builds a one-to-many agent synchronous negotiation model based on the e-business environment.2,It proposes a negotiation protocol in which at the buyer resource site, the blackboard mechanism is applied to resolve the problem that all agents frequent access the center node and coordination result in the system collapse. According to the transaction habits in real life, the protocol sets time as a constraint, supportsa dynamic multi-threaded synchronous negotiation and enhances the expansibility of negotiation system. The protocol is distributed, multi-bouts, synchronous, supporting bilateral and multilateral and multi-attribute negotiations.3,The paper focuses on the offer assessment mechanism in synchronous negotiation in which every offer is assessed by utility function and relative utility function, to ensure that in a number of seller-offers the buyer can find the most favorable offer in limited time and complete the transaction. 4,To dynamic, multi-thread, synchronous negotiation in multilateral negotiation, a synchronous negotiation strategy is given in which every negotiation thread assesses the corresponding offer respectively and makes follow-up decisions (such as reject, accept and offer counter-offers) based on assessment results refering blackboard parameters, to ensure that the buyer contracts with only one seller at the highest current interest.5,The buyer and seller algorithm are given and simulated in a typical process.6,The paper uses the emulation technique of multi-agent to carry out the multi-agent synchronous negotiation model, and uses JADE as the experimental system development tool. A "Book Online Trading Platform" is set up in which the experimental system framework and workflow are given, and some simple transaction process is implemented.
