There are usually two steps int the development of informationization of the college. First, colleges establish information system for each department isolately. These private system enhance the college's information level to some extent, however, because of the different development enviroment, these systems are lack of communication to each other. So, at the second step, these application systems should be integrated to achieve the share of information ammong these systems.Web Services is the technic that have been applied diffusely in application integration filed. Traditional application integration methods usually integrate applications from peer to peer, which has many deficiencies, such as poor ability of integration, poor extensibility, poor interoperability and high cost in integration. Nevertheless, Web Services has the predominant features of interoperability, encapsulation, low cost, loose coupling structure, normal protocol and high integration, so currently integration schema of application integration based on Web Services has becoming the leading integration field. In this thesis, we propose a flexible, easy to be extended and low-cost blue print after our research to web services and related integration technics. This thesis have studied the Enterpise Applicaton Integration (EAI) and analysed the specialty and requirements of college's informationaliztion, and discussed the advantage and disadvantage of these solutions. We also studied the web services technics and the integration solution based on web services, SOA and ESB. Then we proposed an architecture model of Application System Integrating Platform and expatiated on the implementing technics and details. At last we have also studied how to extend the UDDI registration center bases on OWL-S and Semantic Web, for the purpose of the improvement of Web Services discovery.
