With the network techniques having a more important role of current stage and the network services becoming more and more popular and significant, the research on the network and its correlation techniques and theories ought to become the main current in the computer research field. Anycast is a new type of network service in IPv6. It provides a mechanism that allows clients choose the best service from a group of services which have the same service address for their own. Because Anycast service is prominent knight service based on IPv6, and it can be used widely in many fields such as DHCP, load-balanced between different links and so on, the research on the anycast is becoming important. The research on anycast routing protocol is the key of the performance of its services. The usability and efficiency of the anycast service lie on the quality of anycast routing protocol, but the work on this aspect is just at the elementary stage. This paper does research on the design and implementation of Anycast routing protocol.Firstly, the paper introduces the concept, character and studying situation of the anycast services. Secondly, it presents the network routing protocol and its correlation technique, and introduces the studying situation of Anycast routing, then it proposes a new RBME anycast service model. Basing on the anycast service model of RBME, it proposes a new ACRP-Anycast routing protocol algorithm. The mechanism of mapping-encapsulation-transmit makes the anycast packets transparency for the non-anycast router, and it is simple and convenient. Although it makes no modification to the existing protocl, the mechanism may realize the translation from Anycast address to the Unicast address, and reduce the exchange of data packet .Moreover, we alone design a new route protocol algorithm to realize the Anycast routing by the mechanism of mapping-encapsulation-transmit, So we can solve the scalable problem in a certain extent, which is difficult for anycast service. Thirdly, according to the character of the network simulation software NS2, it implements this new protocol by adding additional function modules. Lastly, according to creating prototype system and designing two comparing experiments, it gets the experiment statistical data which validates the routing protocol correctness and feasibility, and makes a conclusion that the routing protocol algorithm has a better performance on simplex-link Delay and Output. In a word, the paper discusses anycast routing and its implement profoundly. It must provide a scientific reference for the future research and application of anycast.
