IP version 6(IPv6) defines a new type of service, known as anycast service. It provides a mechanism that allows clients choose the best service from a group of services which have the same service address for their own. Anycast service can be used in a wide area such as choosing best server, host automatic configure and so on. While because of some difficulties such as security, non-stateless service and the problem of scalable, there has not been a successful network-layer anycast service model to support anycast service. This paper presents a new type of anycast services model. Abiding the rule of RFC document, this model chooses the anycast service address from unicast address directly. Then combing the symmetry key with the non- symmetry key, we design an anycast group management protocol which has the identity authentication mechanism; also we prove the strong security of this protocol. We present a tunnel-transmit based anycast routing protocol using the information world's small-world phenomenon. Making the anycast packets transparency for the non-anycast router, and cooperating with the anycast service address, the tunnel-transmit mechanism can solve the scalable problem in a certain extent, which is difficult for anycast service. In the routing protocol we use a evaluate method which consider the performance of service to enhance the quality of anycast service. Finally we model our anycast service model in OPNET Modeler 8.0, validate its correctness.
