Xml-based Crm Multi-type Client-side Implementation

Application GUI is the interface that user access a system firstly. As a widely used enterprise information management system, CRM Systems always have several types of clients, WEB, Application, WAP, etc. Each of them has its own interface. As user requirements increasing, the existing mechanisms for forms are outdated and cannot meet the demand of some new applications.We build up a new Unified method to describe application interface, which is based on XML and no relations to any applications or languages. In this thesis, we brief the famous CRM products in the world, and find out the defects in development of application interface, then address how to implement the Unified description method in CRM customization platform.
