The globalization of economy and resources,as well as the development of intelligent manufacturing technology represented by 3D printing,have made customers put forward higher requirements for the personalized customization of parts.In addition,in the era of interconnected manufacturing,the network-based collaborative working environment also provides more possibilities for remote customization of parts.Therefore,the part customization system platform based on remote collaboration came into being,which built a bridge of information exchange between customers and enterprise service providers.However,most of the existing3 D printed parts customization system platforms are not friendly to ordinary users.They are usually based on linear one-way demand transmission for feedback,which lacks an efficient collaborative design model.Moreover,for the interactive level of user experience,there is also a lot of room for further improvement.This subject takes the system platform interface of remote collaborative parts customization between customers and service providers as the research object.The purpose of its research is to build a more reasonable online systematic service model based on the shortcomings of the existing remote part customization process,and to design the human-computer interaction interface for the users' core task process to meet their individual needs.Finally,through design practice,the feasibility of the platform prototype is verified.Regarding the interactive experience and collaboration efficiency of the parts customization system platform mentioned above,this subject first uses the literature analysis method to sort out the relevant theories of remote collaboration and interactive design and expand it to the interactive interface field of the part customization system platform,thus providing theoretical basis and design guidance for the following text.After that,through user research and service system demand analysis,this subject uses scenario analysis to build an online service model of the system platform,which can be further refined into four service paths including part design,part modeling,part evaluation,and part printing,thereby making coping strategies for situations that users may encounter in actual application scenarios.In addition,the basic functional elements of the system platform were obtained according to the requirements and the principle of product mapping,and the information architecture of the platform was also obtained through hierarchical planning and combing.Based on the obtained basic functional elements and the information architecture,the interactive model of the remote collaborative parts customization system was built.After that,this subject carried out the prototype design of the main interface of the parts customization system according to the derivation framework from users to requirements and from scenes to services,and clarified the jump logic of the task flow and the interactive operation of key links.Finally,the evaluation system of the remote collaborative parts customization system platform was established.The researchers carried out the experimental test of the interactive prototype interface based on the usability principle.By collecting and sorting out the scale data,the feedback comments of the usability of the platform were obtained.According to the methods and research steps summarized in this topic,this remote collaborative parts customization platform has received positive feedback comments of usability from testers.It has been highly affirmed in terms of the flow experience of the customized process,the information transmission efficiency of remote collaboration,and the clarity of the interface jump logic.This design practice proves the effectiveness of user-led interaction research to enhance the user experience of the industrial information system platform,thus providing a certain reference value for the design of other related systems in the future.
