In this paper,the problem of color matching in textile dyeing was discussed by the use of mathematical methods,which is different from the ones used before.That is,from the matching characteristics in textile dyeing and the color hybrid theory,some problems related to color matching were analyzed and abstracted.Extraction of the main factors created a preliminary computer matching model based on textile dyeing.Then on the basis of the analysis of the data from dyeing enterprise,the relationship between the CMY value of sample from one pigment and the recipe was predicated by using interpolation methods.In the case of the optimal solution of the model,the homologous matching coefficients would be abtained.The relationship between the various matching coefficients of several dyestuffs and the recipe involved in color matching was fitted,and the problem of the whole model was answered.Next,the model was verified.Finally,the error was analyzed.The result of verification suggests that the model can reflect the relationship between dyestuff concentration and the CMY value of the sample.Thus,it is concluded that the model is correct.In Chapter 1 of this article,the study of the background and significance about computer color matching was first refered.Then the article introduced briefly the classification of computer color matching,the theoretical basis and a variety of color theories.Next,it recommended the main steps about computer color matching that were based on mathematical modeling.Chapter 2 described the naming rules of dyes and the choice of dyes,which made us have a general understanding of the characteristic of the used dyes.In this paper,Chapter 3 focused on three different ways ---interpolation, optimization and curve fitting to solve the problem.Thus,it laid a foundation to solve a mathematical model.From the beginning of Chapter 4,the paper entered into a detailed stage to deal with the problem of color matching in textile dyeing.Many problems were solved through the establishment of mathematical model and solution of the mathematical model.It concludes that this method of mathematics modeling is feasible to work out the recipe of three kinds of dyestuffs.The method discussed in this paper will lead a new approach to computer color matching in textile dyeing.At the same time,it also provides a new theory reference about the problem of color matching in textile dyeing,and has a certain practical value.
