The trend of media industrialization has been more and more obvious since China started the reform policy and the opening to the world, and the media market has gradually become the mainstream, such as, Gym and entertainment media has become the first precedent and has developed more mature than before, furthermore, finance media is seen as the next industrial focus. In particular, 21st Century Business Herald, Economic Observer Newspaper, China Business, China Business News, China Times, Finance magazine are considered to be the typical representatives in finance media.Under this circumstance, how can the workers and employees get hold of this historical opportunity and promote the development of China's finance media has been a problem that needs to be solved necessarily as well as being a mutual problem that the finance media needs to encounter under the industrial trend. This dissertation holds some key points and main management points of developing the finance media from the experience of the past of the finance media. The intention of this dissertation is to resolve strategic matters from a strategy management height on the whole.There are four main methods used in the research, case analyze, comparative analyze, local investigation and induction that are all based on strategy theory, such as condition analyze, Michael Porter's Five Forces Model, SWOT analyze and so on. It is followed by a sum-up that finance media needs 'Four Wheels' (content, issue, advertisement and brand) in competition. In addition to this, this dissertation will take the new version of finance weekly 'China Times' as an analytical example to expatiate the application of strategy theory. Hopefully, it helps the workers and employees in the finance media field.
