| The core standard of next generation network protocol is the IPV6. The protocol whose address length is 128 bits has completely solved the problem of IPV4 address lacking,and in the address capacity,security,network management,service quality areas,it makes a obvious progress.Obviously,the IPV4 will be replaced by the IPV6 in future.But the existing tegether of IPV4 and IPV6 will be an chronic process.At present, there are so many IPV4 equipments and different kinds of application systems in the network that tunnel techniques must be the best way to solve it,and isatap is the main one of these tunnel techniques.This paper will focus on the problems about isatap which have import researching values and meanings.With the development of IPV6,many local IPV6 networks have occured.But they have to be connected through the IPV4 networks.Therefore,these isolated "IPV6 islands " must be communicated with each other by tunnel techniques.This thesis firstly describes the researching situations of our motherland and other foreign countries and tells the basic knowledge of IPV4 and IPV6.Secondly,through analysing network proctocoi structure,the isatap theory and it's charater,and the relative security problems about isatap will be researched and explaned.Thirdly,the realization of isatap tunnel(with the 6 to 4 unifies).Finally,going a step research further about isatap,include the application in IPV6 and IPV4 mix networks.When the researching process is finished,I will not only understand the key technique how isatap solves the problem of IPV4 transitting to IPV6,but also prove its running system with experiments and raise the places in this protocol which need to be improved.Then,talk about what the next step goal of researching works is. |
