The entHRrises all over the world are encountering the continuous changes of market's environment:the client's requirement changes quickly,the product's life circle becomes more and more short and so on.How the entHRrises survive in this environment is very important.In order to survive, the entHRrises must change themselves according to the requirement of market,and they must continuously optimize their business processes,make use of information technology to speed the re-engineering of business processes.Most companies have their own HR system based on workflow,with different characteristic of different products and different management culture of different companies.But HR system cannot be used to solve all kind of problems.So when being put into practice,workflow should be made practically to settle and overcome can be met with at times.In this thesis, workflow was integrated into the HR system, through studied and analyzed workflow technique.Analyze and classifies the Business Process by means of analyzing and concluding.EntHRrise'process is separated from the function realization on client'request by adopting Object Oriented technology.Then a access control model was constructed which was based on RBAC and TBAC.The model realized granting and revoking of privileges dynamically.Finally, on the foundations of the model we have developed HR management system based on the B/S three layers structure through the development of the database system.
