Facing to the complex dynamic market environment full of competition. as one of the enterprise information main contents, ERP system should offer more effectively impetus to the business enterprise management and make more accurate decision for enterprise. Information. Intelligent ERP system was in urgent demand. Considering the situation, this Paper proposed to use Agent in ERP system and constructed an intelligent ERP system based on multi-agent technology.First of all it proposed an ERP system architecture based on multi-Agent, As a tree structure, it can be divided into several layers and multiple regions. The paper improved the control nodes in blackboard model existed in every region. Then it discussed the communication and coordination in system design, including adopting communication mechanism of point-to-point and communication mechanism based on blackboard. As to the system coordination, it extended the traditional Broadcasting tendering mechanism-the contract-net mechanism, adding acquaintance mechanism when system was stable. By this method, Agent can complete task without sending broadcast package. At the same time, the paper introduced three technologies related to system design, including load balancing technology, concurrency control technology, fault detection technology.According to the ERP system architecture, modules and business processes in ERP system and inventory management based on agent were discussed in an enterprise. Then Jadex (system development platform) was introduced as development platform. Based on Jadex, the paper gave analysis for the BDI of ERP Agent module, explained every steps about how to put the material into inventory. It did exploration on realizing the ERP system, and proved the feasibility of realizing ERP by using agent technology.The hierarchy structure and improvements to implementation technology were proposed in the paper, it reduced the system traffic and avoided sending unnecessary broadcasting packets. It improved system efficiency and enhanced the system stability, the ERP system based on multi-agent had more flexible business processes,more intelligent modulars and more practical features.
