With the development of computer network and distributed computational technique based on network, the researches of Agent and Multi-Agent system(MAS) have become a focus in distributed artificial intelligence. The knowledge and ability of single agent is finite, while realistic system is often complex opening distributed and dynamic, so the researcher of MAS obtained rapid development. In research of MAS, interaction and reasoning among agents are a important research content. The interaction among agents has three main forms: cooperation coordination and negotiation, while negotiation is base of cooperation and coordination.According to the characters of multi modal VSK and BDI logic, this paper adopt formalization method to research MAS and negotiation of MAS. The research work consists of the following parts:Firstly, based on researching VSK and BDI of Multi-Agent logic, combining characters of two logic, we brought forward multi-agent system model based on negotiation axiom system of BDI.. The model depicted interior state of agent based on VSK logic, main dealing with belief desire and intention of agent. In addition, the model describe not only environment but thought state of agent and its change. Agent select action and negotiate mostly according to its thought state and environment.Secondly, we adopt symbol structure to depicting semantic of belief desire and intention. Comparing with possible world semantic, the method has characters of simpleness and easy understand. This depiction is instinctive reasonable and natural.Next, we brought forward negotiation axiom system based on BDI, and given the rational explain, and proved validity soundness completeness and logic completeness. Finally, we depicted application of model through a instance and given direction of future research.
