Multi-agent technology is one of very important studies and active contents in computer science domain at present. But this technology has not been ripe yet at present. It is not systematic and don't have Extensive application. One of Reasons is that the communication of multi-agent is complicated and cooperation is difficult. Today, software engineer pay attention to improving existing multi-Agent systems. Especially, the systematic operational efficiency can be improved greatly and the range of systematic application can be expanded by amending structure of multi-agent system. Blackboard technology and multi-agent technology can combine together to realize this purpose effectively.In multi-Agent systems based on structure of the blackboard, the blackboard itself is a special Agent, which is composed of task decomposed and assigned agent and communication agent. As system being on receiving, task decomposed and assigned agent carry on the task to resolve the task at first, then distribute them to corresponding function Agent, at last, Function Agent takes charge of finishing the sub task. The communication and cooperation between function agent are finished through communication Agent, All communication is finished under the control of communication Agent. The method of this kind of centralized control can raise the consistency that the systematic information shows and transmits. In this article, the design of multi-Agent systematic structure combine the merit of the technology of the blackboard; puts forward a kind of new system structure in detail. At last, a simulation result is presented and conclusions are given: This system has very wide application prospect, which can be used in different fields if improve it a little. It can solve different problems effectively.
