Enterprise Rail Transport Shunting Operation Computer Simulation Study

Shunting operation is an important link in enterprise railway transportation, its working efficiency has decisive impact on railway transportation ability and enterprise's scale of production. Not only can be verified the feasibility of route automatic selection strategy and simulation model, but also it's a good way to improve the transport efficiency and reduce the cost of enterprise railway transportation for deeply researching shunting operation at enterprise railway by the extensive applied computer simulation technology.On the background of shunting operation of special railway in Zhuzhou Smelter Group Company, this paper mainly does research in the simulation method for route automatic selection of shunting operation and its application.Firstly, based on analyzing the computer simulation technology and corresponding fruits in railway transportation field, and considering the characteristics of shunting operation in enterprise railway transportation, a thought which tries to implement its simulation in view of discrete-event is proposed. In order to implement the shunting operation simulation, the computer simulation model is built, and the simulation strategy is designed.Secondly, to seek a reasonable security shunting operation route as the goal, according to the characteristics of enterprise railway transportation, the consistency model between enterprise railway station and route is built by applying the graph theory. All elements in the computer simulation of enterprise railway transportation shunting operation are described in detail by adopting three-level network information model, and in order to improve the route selection model, the temporarily shield node method is put forward.Finally, according to the improved model and the depth first search of "straight-track oriented" and "curved-track oriented", the route automatic double-direction-searching strategy is studied to solve all kinds of routes in the computer simulation. The effectiveness of the improved route model and route selection strategy is confirmed through the example.On the basis of research mentioned above, a general computer simulation platform for shunting operation in enterprise railway transportation is developed in the thesis. The overall design, framework and the implement of functions are presented. Taking the special railway in Zhuzhou Smelter Group Company as the example, it shows the application of computer simulation of enterprise railway transportation shunting operation, and proves that the theories and approaches presented in the thesis are correct and can be put into practice directly.
