Human Machine Interface (HMI) is applied widely in the industrial automatic equipment observation system, and it also has broad market prospect. Along with automatic equipment's increasing, the requirement of automatic equipment observation system to efficiency, stability of HMI is getting higher and higher. The traditional industry HMI mostly uses the computer based on X86 structure.But the computer based on X86 structure has its own problem such as low efficiency, high electromagnetic interference , bad stability , these problem have already become the bottleneck of the upgrade of HMI. Therefore needs is urgent to study one kind of high effective, stable HMI.The purpose of this topic is studying high effective, stable, reliable HMI for the automatic equipment observation system.Touch Screen Module plays the quite vital role in the HMI system as input unit. And the quality of Touch Screen Module directly effects the stability and reliability of HMI.The article mainly focus on studying on Touch Screen Module.The main work manifests in the following several aspects: 1. This article has solved the touch screen jittering problem, and it can meet the requirement of industry field use by the method of software and hardware. 2. This article has conducted the research on the touch screen calibration algorithm, and realized the touchs creen high accuracy calibration. 3 This arcticle has completed the development of first floor device driver procedure of touch screen device under Windows CE as well as the procedure compilation of superior. 4. This arcticle has instituted the communication protocol between master CPU and the Touch Screen Module with serial port successfully.This article improves the accuracy and stability of the touch screen interaction technology greatly by combining the existing hardware.
