Component-based Development Of Enterprise Quality Management System

With the improvement of life, people become much stricter in product quality. The small batch production pattern has become an inevitable tendency for enterprises that provide products or services because of the differentiations and diversities of human being's requirements. Considering the complexity of the production style, how to carry through small batch production pattern comes to be the center of this research field. As an indiscerptible and important part of quality control of small batch production pattern, the research and development of quality management system becomes a hotspot of scholars and practitioners' researches.It's foundational and important that enterprises put quality management system into practice. Based on the characters and realization of quality management system of small batch production pattern enterprises, the paper starts research systematically. By analyzing the actual circumstances of small batch production pattern enterprises, the paper puts up an improvement process related to quality management and develops the function tree, function model as well as information model. Furthermore, the paper defines the interfaces between the quality management system of the production lifecycle of small batch production pattern enterprises and other information systems. By comparison of the system development framework, the paper adopt the component-based development framework to build the quality management system.By using Oracle 8i as the database management system, Delphi 7.0 as Component-Based Software Development (CBSD) tool, this paper completed the system development with the combination pattern of C/S and B/S under the operation system Windows 2000.After operation in Southwest electron and telecom research institute, this quality management system has received favorable appraisals from the users.
