This project aims at establishing information networking system of safety and production monitoring and control for the group company or in the range of county, city and province by introducing technology of digitization monitoring and control to coal mines. Through the formulation of standard interface criterion to realize the grading of coal mine monitoring data transmission and processing, to carry out centralized, real-time and remote monitoring and control of the location of miners underground, digital video image, underground environmental parameters (such as methane concentration underground, on/off status of fans, power-on/off status of devices and so on), and to take effective measures in time (such as changing working mode, stopping producing, evacuating miners and so on) for unexpected events. It is significant to discover and remove the hidden trouble and prevent disaster in coal mines, it increases the realtimeness and efficiency of the safety monitoring and control system of coal mines and realizes the purposes of preventing and reducing methane explosion and improving the safety production level of coal mines.By the project carried out in Administration of Coal Mine Safety in Gansu Province, this thesis introduces the integrated digitization monitoring and control system for coal mine, which utilizing the ideas of digitization monitoring and control technology, Stream Media technology, Network Exception Diagnose technology and management information system and so on.
