Today the Internet already became each domain and the daily life essential means of communication. But email from can only transmit the text news to develop to can transmit the writing, the image, the sound and so on each way, and email simple operation, fast delivery, low in price caused it to become the application which on the Internet most received welcome, according to the statistical Internet 40% above services was the email. The Internet could not satisfy the security and the grade of service and so on the new request, the various countries network expert proposed each kind of solution, including new network system architecture.Micro-communication Element System (MCES) is the Service unit network architecture (SUNA) concrete realization. Micro-communication Element (MCE)only provides services, and does not receive any services, thus it avoids inter-layer interactions and costs of delivering services. Micro-communication Element not only provides services for local node applications but also collaborate to provide services for the entire network or a certain node with the one of different nodes. Furthermore, the Micro-communication Element System is easy to be transitted from TCP/IP. Within service group,Micro-communication Elements of related nodes have been orgnized into MCES and plenty of MCES into network System. MCES is easy to design and implement and has greater flexibility.This thesis main work: is realizes the basic email service under Micro-communication Element System. This thesis innovation was first time designs and has realized under the non-layer network system architecture email, had with the standard email same main function. This thesis in studied and has analyzed under the email protocol and the TCP/IP network based on in the Linux Postfix mail system foundation, in detail read the Postfix sourcecode, profited from the Postfix assembly line modulation programming method, designed and has realized based on the Micro-communication Element System email system. Also established the email to test the platform to carry on the test, the test result indicated this email system could provide the email service function for the Micro-communication Element System network user. Separately moved this email system in the Micro-communication Element System and under the TCP/IP network these two different networks system has carried on the performance comparison, further confirmed this email system software the function and the compatibility, also has proven the Micro-communication Element System feasibility.
